Customers may opt out of receiving newsletters and/or notices of new or upgraded products from us by submitting a request. In this request, customers must identify their domain name and contact information.

Data Protection Compliance

We take all necessary steps in ensuring the safety and protection of all personal, confidential and sensitive data. Under the Data Protection Act you may request a copy of all information we hold on record for you, there is a £10.00 processing fee for the retrieval of information. Upon payment, we will process the request and send a copy of any information we hold. Financial Processing

For the purpose of processing payments and financial transactions we will use a payment gateway provided by a 3rd party. When you use such payment gateways we recommend that you read their terms and conditions and privacy policies. Whilst we believe that the payment gateways we use operate in a fair and just manner we accept no liability or responsibility for any actions or consequences which are as a result or contributed to by the 3rd parties we use to process your payments online. The payment gateway used by Studentnomic is Stripe.


To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. We are not responsible for any information stored by third party services which we use, for example payment gateways. We therefore urge you to read and understand their security statements and privacy policies. If we feel your information is at risk we maintain and reserve the right to delete any personal information we feel is at risk as precautionary measures. Should your personal information be breached then we will notify you within 7 days via email. It is your responsibility to ensure we have the up to date contact details and check that your email has not filtered out any communications from us. Furthermore, we recommend that account holders change passwords at least once a month and use a combination of letters, special characters, number and capitals with 8 or more characters in total.


In order to make this privacy policy valid and enforce the privacy policy for yourself you must:

  1. Provide us with the correct personal information at all times
  2. Ensure your personal information is kept up to date at all times

Failure to adhere by this policy or carry out your duties to enforce the policy will result in the immediate termination of your services without refund and may at our discretion incur additional action.
